• Official signup for event (Google spreadsheets + Forms seems to be the way to go) ;
• Other stuff to be have on the day:
  • Projector/s
  • Name badges
  • other stuff like paper and pens?

• Photography for the day
• Video from the day, Record talks, Interview and other profiles
• Do we want to do live streaming of the event?
• Press announcements
• Program and format for the day

We are pleased to announce that this first BarCamp Cameroon will take place on Saturday, November 7th at the college Libermann in Douala !
